摘要
本文简述近年来亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的基础与临床研究。研究表明 ,亚低温疗法具有脑保护效果 ,安全、有效和改善预后。然而其有效性仍需要今后进一步加以研究。
This article summarized the experimental and clinical study on the effect of mild hypothermia on severe head injury.?These results show that this therapy is safe and effective in treatment of damaged brain tissues,and improves its prognosis.?However,further investigations are needed.
