Know-how as a kind of resources has been playing a great role in the market competition of engineering investigation and design. It is urgent to unfold the work of assessment, development and protection of know-how. Assessment:service period, predicted profitability, market demand, degree of advance and maturity and development cost. Development:establish strategic objective, way and team for development.
