摘要
该文通过分析梧州市土地资源开发利用现状、存在的问题以及面临的机遇和挑战，提出了梧州市至２０１０年的土地资源开发战略目标、土地利用结构调整与区域布局，以及为实现这一目标需要采取的措施。提出通过编制好土地利用总体规划，对土地资源进行合理的开发、利用、整治和保护是即将跨入２１世纪的梧州市资源与环境可持续发展的重要保证。
This paper puts forward the strategic target of land resources development, adjustment and regional distribution of lands use structure by analysing the present condition, existing problems and challenge on land resources development of Wuzhou. It also points out the necessary measures to realize this target. It is very important to guarantee the resources and environment of Wuzhou in sustained development next century to rationaly develop,use,renovate and protect land resources through drawing up the over-all land-use planning very well.
