Modeling and simulation analysis of active magnetic bearing

摘要 分析感应式异步动力磁悬浮轴承的基本原理,给出二自由度轴承的实验结构。分析产生径向悬浮轴承力电磁力 矩的机理,建立控制系统模型,并在一定的性能指标下对控制系统进行仿真。分析和仿真的结果表明,控制策略精度高、 鲁棒性强,具有良好的动、静态性能。 In this paper,the basic principle of the active asynchronous induction magnetic bearing is analyzed and the structure of the experimental console with two-degree freedom motor is given. Also the mechanism of radial force and torque are analyzed and the model of control system is theorized. Analysis and simulation show the highly robustness, high ability of disturbance rejection and good dynamic and static performance of the control algorithm.
