摘要
文中阐述了涡轮增压器的支承问题是汽车涡轮增压器亟待解决的突出问题,对涡轮增压器的三种支承型式进行了深入细致的讨论,分析了全浮式轴承、高速滚珠轴承和磁悬浮轴承的使用性能和存在的问题,提出了全浮式轴承和高速滚珠轴承比较可行的改进方案和进一步的研究思路。
This paper elaborates that the turbocharger bearing problems are those to be solved urgently in automotiveturbochargers, makes thorough discussion on three turbocharger bearing patterns, analyzes the performance and problemsof full floating bearing, high-speed ball bearing and magnetic suspension bearing, and puts forward the feasibleimprovement plan and the further research ideas on full floating bearings and high speed ball bearing.
