摘要
研究了一种实现鞋楦数控加工的方法.着重分析了对鞋楦数据的处理、伺服电机步距当量的选择和利用数字直接定义加工程序的方法.此外,还分析了避免误差累积的实现方法,使数控刻楦机能高速、高质、安全地进行加工.
The method of numerical cutting for boot tree are described. Put emphasis on the process method of boot tree digit, the choose of equivalent of servo electrical impulse and the technique of digital direct definition of NC programming. In addition, the analysis of avoiding error accumulation is made for high-speed, high-quality and safely process.
