摘要
介绍了鞋楦的加工原理 ,探讨了鞋楦的数学表示方法 ,文中应用拉格朗日插值方法根据鞋楦表面点周边的离散数据构造出表面的解析函数 ,并由此求出了该点的法线方向。再根据此法线导出刀具中心轨迹。文中应用计算机进行编程计算 ,结果表明本文的理论公式是正确的、方法是可行的。
In this paper, the machining principle of the shoe-last is introduced. The mathematical model is also discussed. In the paper, the normal direction of the shoe-last' surface is attained by using the Lagrange Interpolation, and the center position of the cutting-tool is attained according to the normal direction. Also, a simulation is performed with on the computer. The result shows that the theory of the paper has a high accuracy.
