摘要
目的 :分析黄花败酱和异叶败酱挥发油化学成份。方法 :气相色谱 -质谱联用分析。结果 :黄花败酱鉴定出 9个组分 ,异叶败酱鉴定出 6个组分。结论 :在楼之岑研究基础上黄花败酱又有七个成分被鉴定出 ,异叶败酱又有 5个成分被鉴定出。
Objective: To analyze chemical components of volatile oils of Patrinia.scabiosaefolia Fisch and P. heterphylla Bunge.Methods: Gas chromatography and mass spectrogram were used to analyze their components.Results: Nine compounds were identified in P.scabiosaefolia Fisch and six compounds were identified in P. heterphylla Bunge.Conclusion: Another seven compounds identified in P.scabiosaefolia Fisch and another five compounds are identified in P. heterphylla Bunge based on Louzhicen's studies.
