摘要
目的研究黄花败酱超临界萃取物的化学成分。方法采用CO2超临界萃取法提取黄花败酱中的化学成分,用GC-MS法对其中的挥发性成分进行了定性鉴别和相对含量测定。结果从黄花败酱的CO2超临界萃取物中共鉴定出41个化合物。结论黄花败酱的CO2超临界萃取物中主要含有单萜、倍半萜及其它们的含氧衍生物和脂肪酸及其酯。
Objective To study the chemical components from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fish. ex Link by supercritical fluid extraction. Methods Chemical components in Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fish. ex Link were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction ( SFE - CO2 ), the analysis of the volatile compounds obtained from SFE by the gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method was done. Results Fourty - one compounds were identified from the supercritical fluid extraction in Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fish. ex Link. Conclusion There are monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids, fatty acids and fatty acid esters in the SFE -CO2 of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fish. ex Link.
