冰冻储存对HPLC法测定血清中苯妥英钠、卡马西平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :本实验考察了不同时间冰冻储存 ($C2 0℃ ) [1] 对血清中苯妥英钠、卡马西平HPLC色谱图和测定结果的影响。方法 :记录经过不同时间冰冻储存的血清的HPLC色谱图、计算血清中苯妥英钠、卡马西平的浓度 ,考察每个血清 5次测定结果之间有无显著性差异。结果 :经过不同时间冰冻储存的血清 ,其HPLC色谱图基本上没有发生变化 ,血清中苯妥英钠、卡马西平浓度 5次测定结果之间无显著性差异。结论 :在冰冻条件下储存血清不影响对苯妥英钠、卡马西平的测定。 Objective: To study the HPLC chromatogram and the concentrations of phenytoin and carbamazepine in human plasma after freezing store (–20℃) for different time. Methods: The HPLC chromatogram was recorded and the concentrations of phenytoin and carbamazepine in human plasma after freezing store for different time were calculated. Whether there was notable difference between the 5 determined concentrations of each plasma was determined. Results: The HPLC chromatogram were almost the same and there were no notable difference between the 5 determined concentrations of phenytoin and carbamazepine in human plasma after freezing store for different time. Conclusion: Freezing store does not affect the determination of phenytoin and carbamazepine in human plasma.
