摘要
目的:初步研究黄藤素体外Beagle犬血浆中的稳定性。方法:分别将黄藤素血浆药品在室温、冰融、冰冻条件下保存,以HPLC法测定血样中黄藤素含量变化。结果:黄藤素血浆样品在室温条件(20℃)下至少能稳定4h,在冰融条件(-4℃)下至少能稳定8h,在冰冻条件(-20℃)下至少能稳定30d。结论:良好的稳定性可以满足黄藤素在Beagle犬体内的药动学和生物利用度研究。
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of palmatine in beagle dog plasma in vitro. METHODS HPLC was used to determine the concentration change of palmatine in beagle dog plasma in vitro in different storage condition. RESULTS Preliminary stability test showed that the concentration of palmatine in beagle dog plasma in vitro could be retained at 20 ℃ for 4 h, - 4 ℃ for 8 h and - 20 ℃ for 30 days. CONCLUSION Palmatine is stable under the mentioned storage conditions,it could be applied to bioavailability and bioequivalence study of palmatine in beagle dog.
