摘要
本文对尿素包合法分离花椒籽油中α_亚麻酸的各影响因素进行正交试验研究 ,得到了比较理想的分离结果 ,使α_亚麻酸的相对浓度从 2 8.4 1%提高到 6 1.92 %。总脂肪酸和α -亚麻酸的回收率分别为 84 .2 3%和5 8.35 %
The factors of separating α_Linolenic acid from pricklyash seed oil by urea_inclusion method are analysed in this article and some optimal parameters are attained.The content of α_Linolenic acid(ALA)was raised from 28.41% to 61.92% in the filter liquor after treatment with this method.
