摘要
淬火钢轨经接触焊接后,在焊缝过热区将产生晶粒粗化,塑性、韧性大幅度下降。同时焊缝热影响区内,原淬硬层将消失,产生宽度为100mm 左右的低硬度区,这将影响无缝线路的质量和使用寿命。通过焊后热处理,上述问题可得到较好的解决。
After flash welding,the quenched rail will create coarse grain at the over heated zone of weld, and the plasticity and toughness will be greatly low- ered.At the same time,in the heat affected zone, the hardened layer obtained from quenching origin- ally will disappear,yielding a low hardness zone about 100 mm wide.This will affect the quality and life of the continuously welded rails.By heat-treat- ment after welding,the foregoing problems can be solved fairly good well.
