摘要
目前新建客运专线基本都采用了无缝线路,其他新建线路或既有线改造中大多也采用无缝线路,无缝线路中存在大量的工地钢轨焊接,工地钢轨焊接由于场地的限制,多采用火焰加热正火的方法,正火可以使焊接热循环过程形成的晶粒细化,提高韧性,也会改善焊接残余应力的分布。但是如果正火工艺控制不当,反而有可能使钢轨出现软化、脆断等病害。现场中正火工艺的控制存在一定的难度,只有对正火工艺的正确把握,才能真正起到正火的作用。
Nowadays joint less track is more and more used in new built passenger line as well as some new built railway and existing line transform.A lot of steel rails need to be wielded on site,but owing to site restriction,the method of normalizing heat is always adopted.Normalizing can make crystal particle which is formed in the process of weld thermal cycle,raise its ductility and improve the distribution of wielding residual stresses.However,it will cause some defect such as steel soften and brittle failure if the normalizing technology is not properly operated.Thus,it is difficult to control the normalizing technology on site,only when it is properly controlled then the given target will be achieved.
