摘要
本文针对C比率电导法的缺点,提出了五次电导法测定白糖灰分的多元线性数学模型。测定了38种白糖样品的五个电导率值和硫酸灰分、依据最小二乘法原理处理所得数据,得出了高相关性的线性回归方程。对比分析表明新方法的准确度比C比率法有所提高,结果与硫酸灰分十分吻合。新分析方法可估算出灰分中几种主要成分的含量,并给出了估算公式。
This paper, to counter the drawbacks of 'C—ratio' method, puts torward multilinear mathematical model for determining ash in white Sugar by five conductance measurements. The specific conductance and sulphated ash of 38 samples of white sugar are determined. Calculating the data_obtained with the least square method, it is obtained that the regression equation which shows high correlation. Compareing the method of 'C—ratio' with that of five conductnce determinations it is showh that the new mothod is more acurate and that the results of the latter are consistent well with sulphated ash. Lastly, it is indicated that the method of five conductance determinations may be used to estimate the content of chief compoents in ash. The estimation formulas are given.
