摘要
目的 探讨Cerb -B2、P53、ER、PR在乳腺癌中表达与预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S -P方法测定 10 0例乳腺癌中Cerb -B2、P53、ER、PR表达情况。结果 Cerb -B2、P53的表达与乳腺癌的转移和预后有明显关系 ;ER、PR的表达与乳腺癌的转移和预后呈负相关。结论 乳腺癌中Cerb -B2、P53的表达提示乳腺癌患者预后不良 ;ER、PR表达提示乳腺癌患者预后较好。
Objective To research the relation between the expression of four factors including Cerb-B2、P 53 、ER、PR and the prognosis of carcinoma of the breast. Methods To check and measure the expression of those factors among 100 patients who are diagnosed as carcinoma of the breast with immunohistochemistry. Results There is an obvious relation between the expression of Cerb-B2、P 53 and the transfer, prognosis of carcinoma of the breast; there is a positive correlation between the expression between the expression of ER、PR and the transfer, prognosis of carcinoma of the breast. Conclusions The expression of Cerb-B2、P 53 suggested that the carcinoma prognosis is not good; The expression of ER、PR、suggested that the carcinoma prognosis is better.
