摘要
当前学界所使用的"制度"概念可以划分为三个视野:社会学视野中的制度、政治学视野中的制度和经济学视野中的制度。不同视野中的制度有不同含义和发展路径,它们构成了当前制度研究中的"铁三角",并且由于各自内部的分歧,而在事实上形成了一个"制度概念丛林"。但是,随着有关制度研究的深入,出现了一种将制度和组织、机构等区分开来的倾向。
The word 'insititutions' recently used in acadamia may refer to: the perspective of sociology, the perspective of politics and the perspective of economics. This article in detail analyzes the concepts from three different perspectives, clears up different concepts and their developments of 'institutions', and analyzes the difference of different institutionalisms, which are very popular today.
