摘要
在日常生活和政治领域、社会科学领域以及特定的社会学领域,制度的概念有着不同的含义。日常生活中的制度偏重于文本意义上的正式规定,经济学、政治科学注重考察作为规则的制度,而社会学则强调制度是一种规定人们行为的社会规则,可以使社会行为呈现相对稳定的状态。制度概念的歧义造成了学术研究中学科之间乃至社会学研究中的歧义,使得对制度的研究往往等同于对规章制度的研究。也对生活政治领域的制度建设产生了影响,使得制度化的进程简化为文本规则制定的过程,从而忽略了以感性选择为基础的非正式制度和实践中的实际社会运行准则。
The concept of institution has different meanings in daily life, political field, social science and specific sociology study. Institution in daily life of China means the formal rules on text while the political scientists consider institution as a set of rules including informal rules. Sociologists emphasize the institution as every social rule which can define the social actions and made them show the stable state. The different comprehension of institution in Chinese has caused misunderstanding in daily life and the different academic field. It simplifies the institution construction as a kind of text revising, which neglected the informal rules based on perceptual choice and tacit rules in daily pracrice.
