摘要
目的 :介绍气管内支架留置方法及观察自胀式金属内支架在气管恶性狭窄中的治疗效果及副作用。方法 :1 2例患者全部采用在透视下 ,经口、经喉气道内支架留置术。结果 :全部病例均获成功 ,没有技术上失败。患者呼吸困难在支架留置后即刻改善。结论 :气管恶性狭窄的内支架留置术安全、有效 ,能明显提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To introduce a method of tracheal stent intubation and observe effect and side effect of self-expandable metallic stents in malignant tracheostenosis.Methods:Under the fluroscopic,12 cases were placed with intubation of stents by peroral-laryngeal.Results:All stents were successfully placed,without technical failure.Dyspnea were immediately relief after the stent placement.Conclusions:Tracheal stent is a safe and efficient and improvement of quality of life in patients suffering malignant tracheostenosis.
