摘要
从服务创新的角度 ,将“提供图书 ,等待读者 ,有求必应”的服务理念提升为“主动服务 ,创造读者 ,提高效率”的服务理念。这一创新的服务理念包括使潜在读者变为现实读者 ,变偶尔读者为经常读者 ,变信息提供者为知识导航者等内容。服务创新将推动图书馆工作在市场经济。
From the angle of service innovation,this article proposes to promote the service idea of ' providing books, waiting for readers and granting whatever is required' to be the service idea of 'providing active service, creating readers and raising efficiency'.This innovation service idea includes changing the potential readers to realistic readers, changing the occasional readers to regular readers,and changing information providers to knowledge navigators. The service innovation will push the library work to a new height in the era of market economy and knowledge economy.
