[目的/意义]探讨公共图书馆潜在读者挖掘,促进公共图书馆健康、可持续发展。[方法/过程]阐述公共图书馆挖掘潜在读者的重要性,探讨公共图书馆利用信息技术吸引潜在读者的服务创新。[结果/结论]通过多元文化服务、虚拟信息服务、移动手机服务、交互协同服务、嵌入式服务和个性定制服务等6个方面的创新,可吸引潜在读者。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to discuss public library＇s potential reader mining, so as to improve public li- brary＇s healthy and sustainable development. [Method/process] The paper expounds the importance of public library＇s mining poten- tim readers, explores service innovation of public library＇s using IT to attract potential readers. [ Result/conclusion] Innovations in six aspects of muhicuhural service, virtual information service, mobile phone service, interactive collaboration service, embedded service and personalized customized service can attract potential readers.
