从服务环境、服务资源与信息用户 3个方面论述了目前我国文献信息服务的不足之处与对策。结合当前国内外的实例 ,提出了基于机构合作的信息集成服务是传统文献信息服务走出困境的突破口的观点。最后 。
The article discusses the deficiencies and countermeasures of China in providing documentary information service in terms of service environment, service resources and information users. Considering the living examples both at home and abroad, this article points out that the integrated information service based on the cooperation of organizations may help the traditional documentary information service get rid of the dilemma. Finally, the article gives some suggestions about how to provide integrated information service in China by means of organizational cooperations.
