摘要
研究图书馆的知识服务概念与模式,是当代图书馆实践知识服务的关键。本文在重新界定图书馆知识服务概念的基础上,简要描述了其特点和发展方向,阐述了知识链接、网上参考咨询、个性化知识信息、信息集成和信息共享中心等知识服务模式。
The concept and the pattern of knowledge service in the library are the keys of the practice knowledge service nowdays. This article renews the concept of library knowledge service, briefly describes its charactel-istic and the direction of development, states the pattem of knowledge service such as knowledge link, the reference and consultation on Interact, the personalizafion knowledge information, information integration and information sharing center and so on.
