摘要
锦屏一级水电站是二滩水电开发有限责任公司继二滩水电站建成投产后在雅砻江上拟建的第一大型水电项目。该电站具有规模大、调节性能好、水库淹没损失小、经济指标优越等特点,其项目建议书已于2003年7月经中国国际工程咨询公司评估,可行性研究报告已于2003年9月完成,主体工程计划于2005年开工。该电站的建设对启动雅砻江水电资源的"流域、梯级、滚动、综合"开发具有承上启下的标志性作用。
Jinping I Hydropower Station is the first large hydropower project which is planned by Ertan Hydropower Development Corporation after completion of the Ertan Hydropower Station. The Jinping I Hydropower Station is characterized with large size , large regulating storage , small reservoir inundation loss and favourable economic index .The Project Proposals were evaluated by China International Engineering Consultation Corporation in July , 2003 . The Feasibility Study Report was finished in September ,2003 . The construction of main works will begin in 2005 . The construction of the Jinping I Hydropower Station marks the beginning of development of hydropower potential in the Yalong River Basin in the way of 'basin , cascade , successive and overall' .
