摘要
溪落渡水电站是金沙江干流梯级开发的倒数第二个梯级，位于四川省雷波县和云南省永善县相接壤的溪落渡峡谷。电站初拟装机容量１２００万～１５００万ｋＷ。该工程以发电为主，兼有防洪、拦沙、漂木、航运等综合效益。工程规模巨大，并具有动能经济指标优越，发电效益显著，控制水沙能力大，水库淹没损失小，施工交通方便等优点；是“西电东送”华东、华中地区理想的能源基地和促进西南地区经济发展的重要工程之一。
The Xiluodu hydropower saution is the last but one power station in cascade developed on the mainstream of the Jinshajiang river. The station is located at the Xiluodu canyon where is the contiguous area between the Leibo county, Sichuan province and the Yongshan county, Yunnan Province. The initial intendedinstalled capacity of the station is 12000-15000MW. The main purpose of the project is power generation,and it also has comprehensive benefits including flood control, debris retaining, floating of timber, and navigation, etc. The project has a large scale and it has advantages such as excellent energy-economic index,remarkable generating benefits, great capabilities for controlling sand and water, little find damage, anda good transport for construction. It is an ideal energy base for 'transmitting electric power from the Westto the East' in the east and central China, and it is one of the major projects developing the economy in thesouthwest area.
