血管内皮细胞生长因子、凋亡抑制基因蛋白的表达与喉鳞癌的关系

Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),bcl-2 expression and angiogenesis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的 探讨喉鳞癌组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)、凋亡抑制基因 (bcl 2 )蛋白的表达情况及其与喉鳞癌肿瘤微血管形成及临床病理的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学法检测 4 7例喉鳞癌石蜡包埋组织中VEGF及bcl 2蛋白的表达 ,同时用第Ⅷ因子抗体标记血管内皮细胞。结果 VEGF阳性表达率为 78.7% ,bcl 2的阳性表达率为 85 .1 0 %。VEGF阳性表达与微血管密度 (MVD)之间有相关性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,bcl 2阳性表达与MVD无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,VEGF、bcl 2阳性表达与喉鳞癌病理分级及临床分期有明显的相关性。结论 喉鳞癌中VEGF与肿瘤血管的形成有明显的相关性。VEGF、bcl 2蛋白的阳性表达与喉鳞癌的浸润。 Objective To demonstrate pathological importance of VEGF,bcl 2 expression and intratumoral microvessel density (MVD) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The surgical specimens from 47 larynx squamous carcinoma patients were stained by immunohistochemical method for VEGF,bcl 2 and MVD expression,MVD was caculated by labing the endothelial cells of the blood vessels within the tumor with FⅧRAb.Results The postive VEGF protein accumulation and bcl 2 protein expression were found in 78.7%(37/47) and 85.10%(39/47) of tumors.the postive expression of VEGF is highly relate to MVD ( P <0.05).There were no association between bcl 2 and MVD ( P >0.05).The postive expression of VEGF and bcl 2 in highly related to the pathological grade of the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusions VEGF is attributed to the tumor neovascularization of the laryngeal squmaous cell carcinoma;The postive expression of VEGF and bcl 2 is associated with the pathological grading,the clinical staging and prognosis of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
