摘要
对几个橡胶品系的花药进行离体培养,从中筛选出易获得诱导率高、质量好胚状体的橡胶品种云研73-477,其胚状体的诱导率达到76.83%,诱导出完整植株37株,成苗率16.9%,移栽成活21株,成活率56.8%,为进一步开展橡胶树花药培养研究提供较好的品种材料。
The anthers of several Hevea clone was cultured in vitro.The embryoid induced percent of Yunyan73-477 is up 76.83%,the seedling formatting percent is 16.9%,the percentage of transplanting success was 56.8% .It wasafforded the better material for the more study.
