摘要
通过对失效的VRLA电池的解剖分析,电池失水、负极板硫酸盐化和正极板活性物质软化是导致VRLA失效的主要原因,介绍了一种使失效电池容量恢复的方法,并对该方法的有效性机理进行了简单分析。
Tear-down analysis indicates that for VRLA battery,water loss,negative plate sulphation and positive active material softening are the main causes of failure.In this paper a capacity recovering method for failed battery and its mechanism were discussed.
