摘要
合理地选用添加剂可以提高活性物质利用率 .通过实验 ,筛选出具有杂环结构的表面活性物质B和无机氧化物A联合使用 ,可以提高铅酸蓄电池大电流放电时的正极容量 8%~ 1 5% ,而且寿命还可以延长7% .通过SEM和DTA等方法的分析 ,认为B可以吸附在PbO2 的表面上 ,降低了表面张力 ,增加了界面的润湿性 ,有利于电解液的扩散 .B与A的联合加入影响了PbO2 的表面状态和晶体结构 .热分解曲线的差别支持了该说法 .
The utilization of active materials can be further improved by the use of properly selected additivities. The joint utilization of inorganic compound A and surface activation agent B can improve the positive electrode capacity of heavy current discharge and the cycle life by 8%~15% and 7% respectively. SEM and DTA analysis shows compound B can decrease the surface tension and improve the wetting performance at the interface and this is good for diffusion of electrolyte. The joint utilization of A and B has its effect on the surface condition and crystal structure and this is supported by the result of DTA.
