摘要
对铅酸蓄电池干荷电极板在化成后的水洗方式及工艺进行了探讨。针对水资源的缺乏、酸水污染环境、极板生产成本过高以及极板水洗质量难以控制等情况,提出了采用全自动循环水洗系统代替传统的人工直排自来水水洗极板工艺,并且经过了多年的生产验证。
The washing method and technique of dry-charged plates after formation are studied.In order to overcome shortage of water,pollution of waste water,high manufacturing cost,and unstable washing quality,the automatic circle washing system in manufacturing dry-charged plates is supposed.This washing system has been tested in the manufacturing plant for five years
