摘要
带液少维护铅酸蓄电池在贮存过程中,存在自放电现象。由自放电导致带液少维护铅酸蓄电池容量过低,会造成车辆无法起动。在常温下,对采用不同生产方式的带液少维护铅酸蓄电池进行4个月自放电试验,然后对比分析其开路电压、内阻、冷起动电流和剩余容量。分析结果表明,采用电池化成方式可以有效地降低带液少维护铅酸蓄电池的自放电速率。
During storage,lead-acid batteries with low maintenance capacity may experience self discharge.When the maintenance of lead-acid batteries with low liquid content results in low capacity due to self discharge,it can cause the inability to start the vehicle.This article conducts a 4-month self discharge test on low maintenance lead-acid batteries at room temperature using different production methods.By comparing their open circuit voltage,internal resistance,cold cranking current,and remaining capacity,the study and analysis are carried out.The data shows that the battery formation method can effectively reduce the self discharge rate of lead-acid batteries with low liquid maintenance.
