摘要
通过文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、比较研究等方法 ,对中国高等体育院 (系 )师资结构的现状进行调查、分析和多层比较。我国高等体育院校理论教师的学生人均占有率高于高师体育院 (系 ) ,而术科教师的学生人均占有率则低于高师体育院 (系 ) ,部属体育学院和部属高师体育院 (系 )的高学历人才比例高于省属体育学院和省属高师体育院 (系 ) ,高师体育院 (系 )教师高学历人才分布以华东区比例最高 ,西南区最低 ,并呈现出从东部沿海向中部。
By using the method of documentary,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes investigation on current condition of teacher's structure of sport colleges in China.The result shows that the rate of theory teachers in sport colleges is higher than that in normal universities,while the rate of practice teachers is lower than that in normal universities.The percentage of high educational level personnel in ministry governed sport colleges is higher than that in province governed one.The rate of distribution of high educational level is highest in east China,and lowest in southwest part of China,with decreasing trend from east coastal area to middle and west area.
