摘要
以草酸盐共沉淀法制备前驱体,微波热合成法制备超细掺铽铝酸盐绿色荧光粉,研究了影响粒度和发光强度的因素。用荧光分光光度计检测了不同条件下制备的MgAl11O19:Tb3+0.33,Ce3+0.67的激发光谱和发射光谱,进行了粒度分布和X衍射分析。结果表明:在pH=4时,用草酸盐共沉淀法制备的产品结晶较好,晶形发育较完好,产物色白,最小平均粒径为0.3μm,物相组成单一,其发光强度达到市售荧光粉强度的95%。
The superfihe green fluorescence powder Tb-doped aluminate is made by microwave heating with its precursor synthesized by co-precipitates of oxalates.The factors of effect on granularity and luminescence intensity are discussed.The excitation spectrum emission spectrum are determinated by fluorescence spectrophotometer.The particle size distribution and x-raydiffractometry (XRD) are made.The results showed that the product crystal was better which prepared by co-precipitates of oxalates at pH=4,crystal growth integral,the color of product was white,the least mean particle size was 0.3 μm,pure single phase and its light intensity reached 95% of that sold in the market.
