摘要
目的 探索高能超声聚焦刀 (HIFU)联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗复发性膀胱癌的价值。方法 使用HIFU治疗仪FEP BY0 1对复发性膀胱肿瘤进行治疗 ,治疗结束后一周用表阿霉素 4 0～ 5 0mg进行腔内灌注化疗。结果 经HIFU治疗后 ,12例血尿均逐渐减少 ,其中 9例完全停止 ,无皮肤烧伤、穿孔、大出血、疼痛等并发症出现。联合灌注化疗后完全缓解 3例 ,部分缓解 8例 ,有效率达 91 6 7%。
Objective To study the value of HIFU combined with intravesical instillation therapy for the treatment of recurrent bladder tumor.Methods 12 patients with recurrent bladder tumor were treated by HIFU;one week after the treatment was finished,intravesical instillation was performed with 40～50mg Epirubicin.Results After HIFU treatment,hematuria reduced gradually in all cases and completely stopped in 9 cases.No skin burn,large hemorrhage,perforation were found in all the cases.3 cases showed complete response(CR) and 8 cases showed partial response,the effective rate reached 91.67%.Conclusions HIFU combined with intravesical instillation is effective and safe in treating recurrent bladder tumor.
