摘要
目的探讨三维超声对膀胱肿瘤术前分期的临床应用价值。方法应用三维超声对128例膀胱肿瘤患者进行术前分期,并与手术结果进行对照。结果128例膀胱肿瘤患者共检出瘤体169个,三维超声术前分期准确率为93.49%。结论三维超声能更直观立体的反映肿瘤的结构,能提高膀胱肿瘤术前分期的准确率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasound in bladder tumors. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with bladder tumor were examined with three-dimensional ultrasound, the records were compared with the results of post-operation. Results One hundred and sixty-night tumors were found from 128 patients. The accuracy of staging by three-dimensional ultrasound is 93.49%. Conclusion Three-deimensional ultrasound yields a clear stereoscopic view of the tumor and provides accurate anatomic data of the tumor. Three-dimensional ultrasound can reveal more intuitive and stereoscopic views in the mass structures and improve the staging rate.
