摘要
目的观察经血透机进行自体腹水浓缩回输治疗顽固性腹水的临床疗效。方法用Fresenius 4008型血透机及F6透析器,对10例顽固性腹水患者,进行自体腹水超滤浓缩回输治疗38例次。结果治疗后患者腹围明显缩小,血浆总蛋白及白蛋白均升高,P<0.01。结论经血透机进行自体腹水浓缩回输是治疗顽固性腹水的安全、有效的方法。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of reinfusion of auto-ascites fluid concentrate on in tractvble ascite to use dialysis machine.Methods:10patients with intractable ascites were cured by re-infusion of arto-ascites fluid concentrate for38tines to use Fresenius4008type dialysis machine and F6type dialyse.Results:All patient' sabdominal girth were sharp reduced,P<0.01.Conclusions:The reinfusion with concentrated auto-ascites based on dialysis machine to treat intractable ascites is safe and effective.
