摘要
本文主要介绍花粉原生质体分离与培养的意义,研究概况,并根据学者们实验的经验,提出了分离与培养花粉原生质体可供参考的一些问题。
This paper mainly introduces the purpose oi the isolation and culture of pollen protoplast and gives a brief account of this research work. According to the experiments done by scholars, the author raises some issues about the isolation and culture of pollen protoplast for reference.
