摘要
研究了流动注射-氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法(FI-HG-AAS)测定煤中砷含量的分析方法.讨论了氢化物发生的试验条件、集体干扰和消除等.测定样品的相对标准偏差为2 75%~7 45%(n=10),加标回收率为94%~105%,检出限为0 14ng/mL,测定国家标准物质全部在标准值的不确定度范围内.
The method of mensurating trace As in coal by flow injection-hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry (FI-HG-AAS) was studied.The optimal conditions for hydride generation were investigated.The interference of the coexisting elements were prevented due to mensuration in coal.The method was applied to mensurate As in national standard reference materials.The results were in good agreement with the certified values.The detection limit was 0.14 ng/mL and the recovery of method was founded to be 94%~105% while the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.75%~7.45%(n=10).
