核能补剂对小鼠游泳和大鼠跑台运动能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文观察了核能补剂对小鼠游泳和大鼠跑台运动能力的影响。结果发现,补充核能补剂能明显延长小鼠负重游泳到力竭的时间,与空白对照组相比P<0.01,与复合肌酸组相比P<0.01;补充核能补剂能明显延长大鼠高速跑台运动到力竭的时间,与空白对照组相比P<0.01,与复合肌酸组相比P<0.05。本研究结果说明:补充核能补剂能提高实验动物有氧和无氧运动能力。 The effects of Nuclear Plus on exercise performance of mice swimming and rats running were studied in this paper. The results showed: compared with the placebo group and Complex Creating group, supplementation of Nuclear Plus was capable of increasing the swimming time of mice significantly (p<0.01). Compare with the placebo group and Complex Creating group, supplementation of Nuclear Plus was capable of increasing the running time of rats significantly (p<0.01, p<0.05). The results indicate that supplementation of Nuclear Plus is capable of increasing aerobic and anaerobic exercise ability of animals.
