在体大鼠脑梗塞区细胞外Na^+、K^+、Ca^(++)浓度动态观察

摘要 本实验用雄性Wistar大白鼠建立局灶性脑梗塞动物模型。用离子选择性微电极动态检测大鼠正常脑皮层及大脑中动脉凝闭后脑梗塞区细胞外Na^+、K^+、Ca^(++)浓度变化。结果显示:大脑中动脉凝闭后1~2分钟脑梗塞区细胞外Na^+浓度迅速从正常平均浓度138.45±10.64mM(X±SD)降至127.5±10.98mM,K^+浓度从4.72±0.38mM升到6.00±1.10mM,Ca^(++)浓度从1.23±0.05mM降到1.19±0.06mM,并随着脑梗塞时间延长Ca^(++)浓度逐渐下降。 In our experiment,the model of focal cerebral infarction in Wistar's rats was replicated by occluding the left middle cerebral artery (MCAO) transcranially.The concentrations of extracellular Na+,K+ and Ca++ in both normal cerebral cortex and the infarct areas of the rats in vivo were measured dynamically with Ion-Selective Microelec-trodes (ISMs).The results showed that the concentrations of extracellular Na+,K+ and Ca++ in the infarct areas changed from 138.45±10.64 mM to 127.5±10.98 mM,4.72±0.38 mM to 6.00±1.10 mM,and 1.23±0.05 mM to 1.19±0.06mM respectively after MCAO 1-2 minutes.Ca++ concentration declined slowly as the time of infarct prolonged.
