摘要
通过分析66例急性脑外伤病人和34例对照者的血清TSH、PRL和GH浓度变化与TRH兴奋试验的改变,探讨急性脑外伤时不同的CT表现与下丘脑和垂体前叶功能改变的某些联系。结果发现:CT所表现的损伤类型、脑中线移位程度及EDH血肿量与TRH兴奋试验的改变有密切关系,反应不良出现率以SDH组及脑中线移位≥10mm组最高,EDH血肿量越大,TRH兴奋试验改变也越明显。
The present paper explores the correlation between CT features and the functional changes of hypothalamas and anterior pituitary by analysis on serum levels of TSH,PRL and GH and the excitement changes of the three hormons to TRH in 66 patients with acute head injury and 34 controls.It was shown that the TRH test is closely correlated with the injury types,the shift degree of brain,midline and the volume of EDH respectively on CT.The reduced reactions were most seen in the groups of SDH and midline shift above 10 mm,The more the EDH volume,the more obvious the TRH test changes
