摘要
目的:探讨中药复方SMⅠ对小鼠记忆功能障碍的影响及其可能的机制。方法:用东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠及乙醇分别建立记忆获得障碍、记忆巩固障碍和记忆再现障碍模型,用跳台法观察SMⅠ对记忆障碍动物学习记忆能力的影响。同时测定东莨菪碱记忆获得障碍小鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性。结果:SMⅠ可以减少东莨菪碱记忆获得障碍小鼠跳台累计触电时间(P<0 05),延长亚硝酸钠记忆障碍小鼠记忆测试中潜伏期的时程(P<0 05),减少其错误次数(P<0 05),也可以减少乙醇记忆再现障碍小鼠记忆测试的错误次数(P<0 05)。SMⅠ可以降低东莨菪碱记忆获得障碍小鼠脑乙酰胆碱酯酶活性(P<0 05)。结论:中药复方SMⅠ对记忆获得、记忆巩固及记忆再现障碍有明确的改善作用,其机制可能与影响中枢胆碱能系统有关。
Aim: To observe the effect of compound SMⅠon learning and memory ability in memory disorder mice. Methods: We developed memory disorder mice induced by scopolamine, sodium nitrite and alcohol and used step down test to examine the function of learning and memory in memory disorder mice. Further we measured cholinesterase activity in brain tissue of memory acquired disorder mice induced by scopolamine. Results: Compound SMⅠcould decrease the the total electric shock time in memory acquisition disorder mice (P<0.05). SMⅠgroup had longer latency and less error times in memory test in memory consolidation disorder mice (P<0.05). In memory retention disorder mice, SMⅠgroup had less error times (P<0.05). SMⅠcould decrease the brain cholinesterase activity in memory acquisition disorder mice induced by scopolamine (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound SMⅠcan improve the learning and memory ability of memory disorder mice. It may play a role by decrease the brain cholinesterase activity.
