摘要
目的探讨不同图形的视觉刺激对小鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织TChE活力和NO含量的影响。方法让小鼠在贴有不同图形(方形图、混乱线图、八卦图、七星阵图)壁纸的环境中生活17d,进行自主活动仪、跳台、Morris水迷宫测试,取脑组织测定TChE活性和NO含量。结果自主活动仪和跳台试验指标各组差异无显著性。Morris水迷宫实验,方形图组的潜伏期较对照组缩短(P<0.05),在目标象限游泳的时间长于对照组(P<0.05),而在对侧象限游泳的时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。方形图组和八卦图组动物脑组织的TChE活力低于对照组(P<0.05),方形图组的NO含量低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论4种图形对小鼠的非陈述性记忆无明显影响;方形图对小鼠的陈述性记忆的获得和保持有促进作用,且这种作用可能是通过抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性和NO的释放实现的。
Objective To study the effects of different figures (Tetragonal figure, complicated line figure, eight diagrams figure, seven stars figure) on learning and memory abilit, and its relationship to TChE activity and NO level in brain tissue of mice. Methods Mice were placed in cages posted with different figures for 17 days, Autonomic activity test, step down test and Morris water maze were used to determine the ability of learning and memory. TChE activity and NO level of brain tissues were measured. Results All parameters in autonomic activity test and step down test had no difference among every group. Mice of Tetragonal figure group had shorter latency ,longer at aim - quadrant stay and shorter opposite - quadrant stay than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ) in Morris water maze. TChE activities of tetragunal figure group and eight diagrams figure group were lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The NO level of Tetragunal figure group was lower than that of control group (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion These four figures have no influence on nondeclarative memory. The tetragonal figure has positive influence on declarative learning and memory ability via reducing AChE activities and NO level of brain tissue.
