摘要
对40例血栓性脑梗塞患者、32例患者一级亲属、14例患者配偶的血浆PGI_2、TXA_2水平进行了研究,显示出男、女患者均有PGI_2-TXA_2平衡紊乱,男性患者以TXA_2增高为主,女性患者以PGI_2降低为主。PGI_2降低和/或TXA_2增高所致的PGI_2-TXA_2平衡紊乱与遗传因素有一定关系。并为PGI_2降低和/或TXA_2增高在血栓性脑梗塞的发病中起一定作用提供了佐证。
The plasma levels of Prostacyclin (PGI2) and thromboxane A2 (TXA2) were studied in 40 patients (male 25, female 15) with cerebral thrombotic infarction, .32 of their, degree relative (male lg, female 14) and 14 spouses, and in 3 normal control groups matched separately with sex and age. The results are shown that there was a disturbed balance of :TXA2 and PGI2 in. all the patients. High concentration of TXA2 was essentially demonstrated in the male patients and low concentration of PGI2 in female patients. The disturbed balance between PGI2 and TXA2 may be associated with hereditary factor, which provided theevidence for the view that decrease in PGI2 and/or increase in TXA2 may play a role in cerebral thrombotic infarction.
