摘要
检测57例急性脑外伤患者24小时内血清EDLS含量的变化,并对其中29例行TRH刺激试验。结果显示:脑伤各组血清EDLS水平显著高于对照组;GCS≤8组和死亡组EDLS水平又分别显著高于GCS>8组和生存组。TRH刺激后GCS>8组和生存组EDLS水平升高,30分钟达高峰,而GCS≤8组和死亡组EDLS水平逐渐下降。提示脑外伤后下丘脑的分泌及其分泌的调节有明显改变。测定血清EDLS水平有助于脑伤程度判断及预后估计。
Measurements of serum Endogenous digitalis-like substance (EDLS) were made in 57 patients with acute brain trauma within 24 hours,and the thyro-tropin releasing hormone(TRH) provocative test was performed in 29 cases of them.Compared with control group,the mean levels of serum EDLS in all groups with brain trauma were elevated significantly,and the mean levels of EDLS in GCS≤8-group and dead group were significantly higher than those of GCS >8-group and survival group,respectively.Following TRH administration,rises in serum EDLS were noted in GCS >8-group and survival group,with peak values of 30 min after TRH administration.On the contrary,the levels of serum EDLS in GCS≤8-group and dead group were reduced gradually.These findings suggest that there are obvious changes in the hypothalamas secretion and its regulation in the patients with brain trauma,The measurements of serum EDLS are useful in evaluating the severity and predicting the outcome of the patients with brain trauma.
