摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了RE2NiO4纳米晶,对其最佳条件进行了正交实验选择,用X-射线、透射电镜和扫描电镜对其进行了表征分析,并研究了最佳条件下不同热处理温度对纳米晶形貌、粒度的影响.结果表明,在最佳制备条件下产物的平均粒径为45nm,结构呈体心立方,粒径分布均匀,晶化度好,并伴有自组装现象.
The na'noparticles of RE_2NiO_4 were prepared by sol-gel method. The best condition of the product was selected by direct cross method. The na'noparticles were characterized by means of X-ray(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM) . The physiognomy and sizes of na'noparticles were researched under the best condition in the different calcine temperature. The results indicate that the na'noparticles are cubical and their sizes are well-distributed. The average diameter of the RE_2NiO_4 particles is 45 nm. There are some agglomeration and self-assemble phenomenon in the particles.
