含稀土的镍基合金的析氢电催化行为 被引量:15

Electrocatalytic Activity for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction on Electrodeposited Nickel Base Alloys Containing Rare Earth Elements

摘要 用电沉积方法制备的Ni Ce P和Ni La P合金作阴极测得析氢阴极极化曲线 ,结果表明 ,合金电极上析氢速率比Ni电极上约大 10倍 ,析氢电势正移 >2 0 0mV ,显示出含稀土的镍基合金具有较高的析氢电催化活性。 Ni Ce P and Ni La P alloys were prepared by electrodeposition in aqueous solution. Electrocatalytic behavior of hydrogen evolution reaction on the obtained alloys' deposits was studied with cathodic polarization curves in 1 mol·L -1 KOH solution. The results show that the rates of hydroyen evolution on the nickel base alloys containing rare earth elements are ten times higher than that on the nickel electrode. The potential of hydrogen evolution on above mentioned alloys′ electrodes move positively for more than 200 mV at i c=300 mA·cm -2 when compared with that on Ni electrode. The alloys'electrodes display higher electrocatalytic activity of hydrogen evolution. The electrocatalytic mechanism of hydrogen evolution is discussed based on the data of XPS.
