摘要
从淀粉废水、活性污泥及多种土壤中分离得到32株产絮凝剂菌株,经复筛,得到1株具有较高絮凝活性的细菌SⅥ-4.该菌产絮凝剂的最佳条件为:可溶性淀粉2%,蛋白胨1%,KH2PO40 2%,K2HPO40 2%,NaCl0 05%,(NH4)2SO40 05%,MgSO4·7H2O0 05%,pH6 0~8 0,30~34℃,120r/min,摇床培养2~3d.所产絮凝剂对4‰的高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效率最高可达91 6%.
32 strains of flocculant producing microorganisms were isolated from starch wastewater, activated sludge and soil,respectively. After rescreening, 1 strain of bacteria SⅥ-4 with high flocculating activity was obtained. The optimum culture conditions were: soluble starch 2%, peptone 1%, KH_2PO_4 0.2%,K_2HPO_4 0.2%,NaCl 0.05%,(NH_4)_2SO_4 0.05%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.05%,pH 6.0~8.0, 30~34 ℃, 120r/min, cultivated for 2~3 days in flakes. The strain produced a strong-activity flocculant, and its best flocculating rate to 4‰ kaolin suspension could reach 91.6%.
