摘要
笔者通过四个点统一设计的联合试验,探讨土壤肥力及氮磷钾三元素对强(弱)筋麦几项主要品质的效应。系统测定了小麦植株不同部位各生育阶段氮素含量的变化,从而了解不同品种类型小麦籽粒品质形成的氮素营养机制的差别以及氮磷钾元素对小麦品质影响的生理机制,阐明在小麦抽穗期保持旗叶高氮含量是保证强筋小麦优良品质的重要条件。
A joint experiment was carried out in four sites of Henan Province with unified design, and the effect of soil fertility and N、P and K on several main quality factors of high(low)-gluten wheat was studied. The change of N content in different parts of wheat plant was determined systematically in various development stages in order to find out the diversity of different types of wheat in N nutrition mechanism during the formation of grain quality and the physiological mechanism that the effect of N、P and K on wheat quality .The result showed that the maintenance of high N content in flag leaves during wheat heading period is the major condition for high-gluten wheat to achieve good quality.
