摘要
1 024羽300日龄罗曼蛋鸡随机分4组,分别饲喂二氢吡啶(Diludin)添加量0,100,150,200 mg/kg的4种饲粮,于饲喂后第30日和第80日采血和屠宰,研究其对蛋鸡内分泌功能的影响。结果显 示:Diludin均显著地提高了腺垂体和血清中FSH,LH含量,其中垂体FSH和LH含量随饲喂剂量提高 而增加,血清FSH和LH含量以150 mg/kg组效果最佳;Diludin提高了血清T3含量,T4差异不显著, 30日T3随饲粮中Diludin递增而增加,80日150,200 mg/kg组与对照组差异显著;饲粮中添加Diludin 具有改进血清雌二醇(E2)水平,其中80 日 150,200 mg/kg组与对照组差异显著;150 mg/kg Diludin显 著提高血清中孕酮(P4)含量;饲粮中添Diludin显著提高下丘脑和腺垂体中cAMP含量。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Diludin on endocrnology of laying hen. 1024 ROM hens were divided into 4 groups, each of which included four replicates of 64 hens each ,The control group received the basal diet ,and the other 3 received the same basal diet supplemented with 100 , 150 and 200 mg/kg Diludin respectively. After 30 d and 80 d 16 hens of each treatment were picked out to be slaughtered , Samples of blood,hypothalamus and pituitary were collected for hormones analysis. Addi- tion of Diludin to diet significantly increased the concentrations of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luternizing hormone (LH) in anterior pituitary and serum. The concentrations of FSH and LH in anterior pituitary were increased with the increasing of Diludin added , and the level of FSH and LH in serum were highest in 150 mg/kg treatment. The level of triiodothyronine (T3) in serum were significantly increased with the increasing level of Diludin in 30 d , and in 80 d the level of T3 in serum were significantly im- proved in 150 and 200 mg/kg treatments. No significant difference was observed in thyroxine of serum in each treatments. Adding Diludin to diet improved the level of estradiol (E2) in serum, and it was signifi- cantly increased than control in 150 and 200 mg/kg treatment in 80 d . Adding with 150 mg/kg Diludin significantly increased serum progesterone (P4) concentrations. Addinq Diludin to diet significantly in- creased concentrations of cAMP in hypothalamus and anterior pituitary.
